Lady Rocks Basketball are delighted to bring you our Mini Activity Series, a schedule of online workout videos that you, your little one or indeed your entire family can do anywhere!

These videos are instructional in two ways; first, all of our videos will feature one or more of the Lady Rocks players demonstrating each skill and the drill to develop that skill. Second, each skill and drill will come with a text overlay so that you can read the tips that our coaching team would provide you as if they we right there with you!

Each section is a minimum of 30 seconds long, however we would suggest either completing each drill for longer than 30 seconds, or completing it multiple times!
